i haven't been tricked by religious predators. I choose to believe. I don't follow behind pastors because I know they are fallible just as any man. Ultimately I'M the one accountable for my actions, not the pastor. I ain't a perfect fella but Jesus has been crucial in my life so I got to represent it.

Have you ever read books on the history of religion, Stuff that predates Christianity?.. Do you just ignore the information?.. As a Christian have you researched history outside of the Bible?

Nobody in KTL ever dissed dude just because he believes in God...stop it. He caught flack because he made a number of statements that were lacking in logic and factual accuracy, pushed unsubstantiated conspiracies, and made threads about how the rapture is coming. Anybody who makes posts that don't stand up to basic logical scrutiny used to get dissed in KTL regardless of their theology. There's plenty of atheists and nonreligious people there who are full of shyt and got challenged.

There has never been any belief in God litmus test in KTL, sorry. People who can make present their positions in a logical manner rooted in factual accuracy generally were well-respected and people who could not were not.

There were posters who believe in God who were well-respected there such as Brown Pride, Hellbound, Copper Scroll, and KingofSugaHill (he's an atheist now, but he believed in a higher power most of the time he posted). And likewise, there were posters who were atheists/agnostics/nonreligious who got shytted on because they spoke nonsense like Meta Reign, Gundamzeta, Newworldafro, and Hiphoplives4eva.

I don't want to kick dirt on Kev3m's name because this is his appreciation thread and obviously he's appreciated by a lot of people, but the notion that the reason he wasn't highly regarded in KTL was due to his belief in God, as opposed to many of the statements and opinions he presented is erroneous.

Okay okay. But originally it was hard to take you seriously when you let Swagmar and to a lesser extent Passant troll with impunity. Both expressed some out there thinking but both were extremely anti religious as well.
