But what is a weird discrepancy that he brought up is that the weight gain is much larger in women. Are men collectively working out more than women? Why are women so much bigger but men aren’t. What is causing so much weight gain in women? The American diet is trash but both groups eat it. So I’m curious about why women seem to gain so much more weight than men.

Exactly, women have kids and when pregnant they eat far more then usual, also men have testosterone which aids in fat burning, men also work more physically challenging jobs then women work.
