Ive been searching for the past 10mins.

However i found the source that confirmed that men were 166lbs and 5'9 in the 60s. That same source says that men of tofay are 5'10 200lbs. A similar gain.

Exactly we all weigh more than our folks did in the past, due to more food and sedentary lifestyles. Us men are also more at risk of a early death because we store our fat in our midsections and that shyt reeks havoc on your organs
