He really needs an assistant. You can't have sound issues with 20K people watching . I used to cut him some slack, but he's too big now to have these kinds of problems.

I stop giving him slack when he only had a few thousand watching, this is unexecusable. There are streamers with 100's of people that do not have this issue and if they do, they resolve it quickly. Makes way too much money not to have a professional setup and an assistant.

True, but even if you are by yourself as a streamer you should be competent enough to run it by yourself. You should never ignore your chat just for engagement reasons alone. A glance or two at it while starting a new call would allow him to address the issue as soon as it happens. He has too much shyt going on to only use one monitor or which i doubt two of them. Be functional first then worry about aesthetics.
