I think his standards for high value men is too high. A man that makes $70k, good credit score, financially responsible should be deemed high value. If that's not high value, then what are you? A majority of dudes may never hit $200k or some shyt like that.
$10K/month is not clear. Is these gross or net numbers? That isn’t explained. Not too many professional positions offer $10k/month gross but $70K/yearly gross is nothing to sneeze at and you are a somebody if you are getting paid that.

It's obvious Kevin is the type of dude that never really got attention from women until he started making money. He got money and resources after struggling in his early years with women/marriage so he on a revenge tour. To him, being high value is all about money, clothes and superficial shyt but the real high value men don't need that shyt to attract women. You can acquire resources but you can't acquire good genetics and personality.
