The average American woman is 170lbs, 5’3, and dress size 8.

If a woman is maintaining her weight to be a 00/0/2/4, she has healthy habits in place such as a good diet or exercise; mostly diet. In America, being small as in weight comes with an assumption of dietary habits and class. It’s super easy to get fat, but harder to stay small. It takes discipline. Hence, the average woman is getting larger.

I aim for 130.

We are close, but I’m a bit heavier and taller. Literally the girl’s before pic at 135. Anything less than 130, you can see it in my face, butt, and boobs. I’m good on that.


As long as you 00/0/2/4/6 in dress size, you should be fine in terms of body fitness. Women who are toned and body-build have more of a cushion too

My perfect shaped ex-gf was like 5'3 126 she was like 21 at the time. I'm sure shes filled out to about 130 these days. She's still shaped the same like back in the day.
