I feel you @brandy and I appreciate the trill talk from y’all. They were ex-Air Force and idk how the military is, but she said she wasn’t “honorably discharged” but also wasn’t “dishonorably discharged” whatever that means but it’s not a good look.

Dude didn’t even put himself on the new kids birth certificate (he’s been married and divorced with some other chick yet still knocked her up) so there’s some shyt going on that is too much for me. This kid is a month old but damn she’s a screaming demon.

I made the right choice.

There is an “other than honorable discharge” option as well. I got out early to take a job overseas and they let me out like that. Then when my contact term ended they changed it to “honorable discharge”

KS may not talk about it but there are opportunities and discussions men have he's not a part of because he's not married. If you have the right woman she will get in good with the "wives club" and be able to bring you back valuable information. Being married also represents some stability for a HVM's public brand, running for office or becoming a public face while married makes your more appealing to the public. There is a reason all these high profile business people and public officials have a family.

But for any man even the ones that will never be HVM, children born within a marriage are more likely to:

Perform well in school
Stay out of to Jail
Be employed
Go to college
Stay or get to the middle class
Get married
Have children while married

So if you care about your seed you want marriage before children.. Plus married men are better economic performers due to a dual income household.

There are plenty of benefits to marriage if you have good sense and choose the right partner.

I co-sign this. Marriage with the right partner has so many positives to them. I've heard Kevin talk about this on his older shows he was saying that marriage is important for men in progressing in their careers. Especially Black men because it shows that your are more responsible if you are married and have a family and alot of high powered people trust you more.

Yeah, there is a difference between women overrating the value of their education vs the implication that a woman's education doesn't have any value. The college educated marriage trends show that assortative mating is become more prevalent and important.
