I wouldn't say he “bash”. He only tells men and women their reality. He “goes in” on men too. You have to go to his channel and watch several videos and see where he's coming from. You will be surprised by the amount of delusional women that called his show.

Black men in the cooperate world. To a degree he may have a point in some parameters in the corporate world.

I’m in the medical field, with locs that’s dyed at the tips with a beard and no one has said anything to me or other brehs with dreads.

Don't quote/post your favorite rapper/artist/actor who has some weird Weeknd (in the early days) haircut. Not everyone is a popstar, or can sing/rap. In business, you're expected to look a certain way. The meta talking point, is that it shouldn't matter, so long as productivity is high....but again, we don't live in that utopia.
