Most people aren't HV (financially speaking) and should pursue people who also aren't HV. In the black community roughly 4% of earners make a 100k or more. I think all the social media platforms like twitter and instagram have presented us a false reality that most people are high earners. In reality most people are making around 40k - 50k and are one missed paycheck away from living on the streets. If a women that makes 50k gets with a man that makes 50k they could live a relatively comfortable lifestyle. But a lot of sisters will look down on a brother like that and are out here pursuing phantoms. There aren't a lot of men in this society making 100k or more regardless of race. And brothers who are high earners are either looking for women who are at their level financially or are 8's,9's, and 10's in terms of looks.
That’s the foundation of what KS is trying to get to women but they don’t want to hear it.

bingo.. 100% factz

I was looking at black demographics.com

so I’m browsing through different cities

and I seen Cleveland and Detroit who are always top 3 when it comes to poorest cities

the black medium income was $29,000:snoop: black men making 31,000 and women around 27,000

so this notion of Black people especially black women finding a High Value mate is slim and really slim if u have children

Right the real discussion we should be having is addressing wealth inequality but thats a discussion for another thread. Too much of our energy is being put into these gender wars IMO. Black people being broke and on the fringe of society barely making it is at the heart of a lot of our issues.

But back to the topic at hand most black women i know in relationships are with guys who earn way.. way less than 100k. However once they have a baby by dude and break up with him thats when they start wanting the high value/high earning male. Its odd to me. If a man is good enough to sleep with and have a baby by shouldn't he also be worthy of being your husband?

Last night episode was hilarious

first caller saying she being 32, having 3 kids by 2 different men doesn’t devalued her worth for HVM:mjlol:

These women that call in like her think a MAN is going to walk into the car dealership and passed up on that brand new Tesla with no miles or less than 100 miles on it for the used car which the exterior is a little rusted and damaged and the interior is a complete mess with radio not working, seats got stains, steering wheel out of alignment

these women have no idea what men want and wonder why only 25% of sisters are married while close to 60% of beckys and may ling got rings

Whats crazy is that these chicks ain't even humble. They think a hvm man should jump through hoops to date and court them. What's the prize we get in the end? All we get is used coochie, their student loan debt and someone else's responsibilities and kids to take care of. That's what men are supposed to be courting and dating them for? That's your prize. And then they got the nerve to have attitude, be overweight, and not know how to cook etc on top of it. Absolutely crazy when you sit back and think about it.

It's like they don't realize they are just a walking liability to a successful man. Only a fool is voluntarily signing up for that deal. They should be happy if any normal dude just looks in their direction but they got the nerve to act like they deserve this and that and are better than average earning men or think men should court them and spend money on them like like having to take care of their illegitimate kids is some sort of prize. Where did this delusion come from?

I’m not sure that one (unattractive, overweight) person disproves a rule fam. The fact remains that high value men tend to date and marry high value women - women with higher education and good/great jobs. The men want families but at the same time like I said, they aren’t looking for SAHMs in most cases. That’s what the au pair or nanny is for in many cases.

If you’re making 120k+ and marry someone making similar money, you’re way ahead of the game. KS keeps saying men don’t need her money but...they kinda do. In order to buy the best house, get your kid into an elite university, join the best golf club, etc...you’re probably gonna need dual income. Again, go look at who doctors/engineers/lawyers actually marry.

I work in finance. I make six figures. I graduated from two great universities. If I marry someone it’s going to be a career woman, someone on my level. Sure maybe I run into the perfect chick who isn’t a career woman, but I’m around way more career women than not.
The point is there's a floor for attractiveness and attitude. I'm sure you know a lot of single women in your field that is not wifed up. The point is a woman can be "on your level" but if she's bringing kids to the table....

The point is if a nikka is so called "high Valve" (not cool with the term) but he's fat, has shytloads of debt, has major health issues, disabled or something everyone knows that that's a slight impediment to finding 'someone on his level" and usually these dudes are told to date down. Women can be fat, have kids, health issues etc. and they can't stand to be told to date down At least not with a Black man. Ave you seen Tamron Hall's Husband?

And I on't know if he said this but the issue is Black women judge Black Men more harshly. I'm not a chick but maybe Black Men judge Black women more harshly than other races.

That's the main issue.

Alpha seed Beta Need. The issue is women don't "need" the beta's anymore until they do.

Kevin kind of addresses it, but could be clearer. The type of women calling in are the his money is our money and my money is my money types. The kind that use their salary for “vacation” while the man pays for everything. If they want a man that has money so long that the woman doesn’t have to contribute, then their salaries aren’t going to matter. Because they’re not going to contribute. If they were talking about bossing up and being a power couple, it’d be different.

To be real 99% of the women calling into KS show most guys would sleep with but not marry, let's be honest. We know the game, we don't give them anything but a few dates and dikk and leave.

And yes he's spot on most them with kids really think and expect a savior to come in and take care of everything.

They don't understand lot of black men are childless and do want to be Mr. Fix It.

He has a entertaining show but in real life alot of brothers wouldn't even get at these chicks. I'm in the hood I see alot of poor black couples and they happy to a extent but the women are realistic.. they got kids they know how it go.

He's saying they don't care about her money, and I can see where he's right. If I made 100k, the 100k she might bring to the table wouldn't outweigh typical negative things that these callers are bringing.

The attitude is the one that kills me the most

No way any woman with a kid should have a attitude with a dude who made something out of his self all these years without u around just to walk into a loud mouth broad who suspicious about you because she basing everything off her past broken relationships
