Kevin really ignoring the fact that 99.99999999% of men are useless when it comes to running infrastructure and surviving in an apocalypse.
If all women disappeared society would collapse instantly doesn't matter who is left. 50% of the population leaving will fukks us no matter who it is. And then unless we figure out how to clone humans, we are dead in a generation anyway

His argument is live the duration of their natural lives not repopulate
His argument in this hypothetical is not that which gender would survive, because either side would die. The argument is that men would be able to survive longer and easier because the vast majority of infrastructure, power and other civilization sustaining jobs are run by men. Any need to train more men to replace those that died would be easier because of hands on training with those who do it.
