Modern Black Women have largely gone these routes for work.

Nursing- Which I do consider a career.
Businesses- Boutiques and Food/Baking
Real Estate- Selling houses

Now I know there are other jobs that women go into, but they usually go into the above with the mindset that they will become millionaires. I've only ever seen one. Supa Cent.

And with the latter two, they don't even be knowing wtf they be doing. With nursing, to make tons of money you have to do travel nursing. Otherwise you fall into 50-100k income.

And hairdressers/nails/etc: which I've heard for 2 solid decades the women in that field are lazy af, doing hair at the house, no license, always stopping for breaks and you be getting hair done for a whole work shift plus OT. LMAO.

Remember, 9% of women make $75k or more. The average income for women is 35-40k. And there are a lot of women who are under 30k. So a lot of these boss chicks be broke as fukk, and if they make good money, they have their gross salary equivalent or more in various forms of debt.
