PHDs will always be called doctor lol. The issue is you have Online PHDs hanging out BS now. Real PHDs brag about their patents/published research and not the degree. If someone has a PHD and you never heard of them, or they cant show you their wrk and the impact it had on society they are a bum.

I was specifically talking about nurses with a doctorate in a medical setting when a medical doctor is present.
