Jesus Christ the first woman on Saturday's IG Live! She's very pretty but her mindset is ugly. People will say Kevin is paying these women but I swear to God I know so many women in her age range who have the same mindset as her. Selling bundles, lashes, etc talking about they're bosses.

Too many of us (black people) in particular black women have this entrepreneur/boss/ceo mentality. Nothing wrong with wanting to do for self and have your own business but the vast majority of people, regardless of race, will not be balling by owning their own business. Most small businesses fail within a few years and those that are successful requires so much dedication, time, and energy. People just want to buy luxury cars, bags, shoes, go on trips, etc but not do the work!

I do disagree with Kevin about being considered a loser if you're still living with your parents in mid twenties. If your in school, stacking your bread to eventually get a house, then I don't consider that to be a loser. American culture has messed up people's mentality.

What you listed isn’t the losers he is referring to. You’re kinda doing the deflecting a lot of his guests do. Most people aren’t living at home after a certain age because they’re making solid decisions and saving up. He even said being in school is a reason why someone may still be at home. But most people in their mid 20s and up living at home are like this chick on the show, no guidance, just freestyling life, using their parents as a crutch to not have to succeed or fail in the real world on their own. If that girl’s parents kicked her out they’d be doing her a favor, as she would be forced to become a serious person and not live in her delusions. But it could be a situation where they know their daughter and know they raised someone who can’t possibly survive on her own.

You can’t tell me if that girl that called was a guy, saying that exact same shyt, we wouldn’t all think of him as a pure loser.

thing is if she wasnt lying, say she made 60+70k in two years thats = 130k. With no bills she coulda still tricked off 20k on travel and partying, and had 110k to pay off debt PLUS down payment on a crib. She seemed like an idiot so she probably dropped out of a state school plus her consumer debt wouldnt be much cause she seemed like she makes poor decisions to get extended a large credit line.

chicks just be lying breh. And then there is a diff between 60k revenue and 60k PROFIT, but it wasnt even worth drilling down cause Kev saw she was clearly talking nonsense.

She was definitely lying. You could tell by how surprised she got when Kevin said so few women made that amount of money. She was just throwing out a number that she thought was average because she was embarrassed about the true number; she just didn’t think it through.

Yeah but he made the college caveat. Besides, you’re building towards something. But if you were 28 living at home, not paying bills, living off of your parents while you built your rap career, claiming you can’t work for anyone else, then yeah there would be no other way to describe you BUT a loser. And honestly, if you’re just working a job and are a certain age and can’t move out because you don’t make enough then it’s okay to be called a loser there too. It’s important to note since posters get in their feelings that being a “loser” socially and not being a good person are not synonymous. Being a loser just means you’re behind and losing in life, it doesn’t make you a scum bag or anything.
