I said Oprah or Beyoncé level, not necessarily one of them. I don’t even know if this woman exists. Either way, in order for black women to listen to harsh criticism about themselves and improve, it has to come from a place of perceived love. Someone only known for promoting such a platform wouldn’t be trusted, which is why an entertainer like Beyoncé could be useful. She’s not qualified in the way trump wasn’t qualified to be president, but both have necessary influence to effectively promote controversial ideas.

Seems like Black women may need someone like their mothers, Aunts, Grandmothers or perhaps la mentor of sorts that knows them personally.

As far as I am concerned, women are adults, so they should know right from wrong, how to treat people, etc.

If they can act right @ work and give their supervisors and bosses respect, then they can for damn sure give they same level of respect to their partners.
