I mean, he said it in context though, to be fair. The sentences right before that he was saying how foolish it looks because it's obvious that it doesn't grow that way. Wearing an Asian or Indian woman's hair in dyed colors looks even more bizarre on a darker woman because it looks even less natural. Like a dark breh trying to wear blue contacts or something. Skin tone can be a trigger point but breh's point was perfectly clear in context. It didn't come off like he was just jumping out the window to me.

shorty just lazy and kept trying to justify wearing weaves by harping on all the hard work and upkeep it takes to care for natural hair. Honestly its a red flag because any chick that has the potential to be a 8 or 9, but jumps at the opportunity to downgrade their appearance due to laziness will eventually come up short in other parts of their life.

and I say this as a black man with a dark skin wife who's hair is natural and goes down to her back. Shorty don't miss a day combing her hair and will flat iron it too from time to time. She always gets accused of being mixed because a lot of people ain't used to seeing dark skin women with long natural hair that's not a weave or dreadlocks.

at the end of the day, beauty has a price. Don't always have to be monetary either, its usually time and dedication.

Cacs have segregated and insulated themselves to a point they no longer worry too much for 'Chicago'..they only mention the senseless thug shootings to make a point against Blacks.

Cacs now know hood dudes in gangs are not particularly bright, are not organised, are not Black supremacists, are not politically inclined, aware and don't vote, are uneducated and not community oriented or builders.
A hood dude is no threat to cac society or its evil underpinnings in any shape way or form. The mystique surrounding the hood has been lifted. The hood poses zero threat to white power politics breh. Pay attention.

White society gets its power only from cacs being on code and looking out for fellow cacs no matter what. They know Blacks are divided and out for self, and want to keep it that way forever.

But..the educated breh with a blm t-shirt is more of a threat and makes whites way more fearful than a guy who looks like Lil Wayne.

All valid points.

Indeed. And the thing is, no one is saying it isn't hard, but let that be the starting point. It only becomes an excuse if that's where you stop. Guaranteed that there's a black woman right now with a YouTube channel that swims, runs, or goes to the gym every morning, does her hair, and still goes to work earning a living. Natural hair channels do crazy numbers, and the information is there if it's a priority.

One of the things I live by is what one man can do, another can do. What one woman can do, another can do. I'm sure your lady doesn't always feel like keeping up with her hair like that, even if she does have a routine down. But once you decide something is a standard in your life, you either uphold it or you don't. Just staying cool with the complaints and having pow wows about why you can't do something because of standards of beauty and whatnot doesn't help you win. The only people that comfort you in falling short are the ones that want you to stay there with them :manny:

she is really pretty. I love her dark skin.

but the wig brings her down.
Every breh in this thread that watched live loved her natural beauty and skin tone and hated the wig, yet, accusations of colorism remain the big takeaway.

I didn't warm up to Kevin's content all the way at first, until time after time I realized I couldn't fukk with the logic and that so much of the stuff he says keeps playing out in example after example.

Guaranteed that shorty got off the call mad about all the wrong things, while ignoring that brehs would be all over her in her natural state of beauty. But the takeaway is going to be someone else being the problem when winning is right in front of her face.

That weave shyt was hilarious. $400 a month on weave? Sheesh, no wonder why chicks wanna do hair.

:russ::mjlol:

I ain’t gon lie, I don’t mind if my chick wears weave, as long as her hair doesn’t look like shyt I’m good.

I ain’t never care if a chick had “good hair” or heard any black dudes say that either, but guess who did?

:lolbron::lolbron:

One bytch said she wanted a light skin baby with “good hair” and that’s the first time I heard that.

Then when he said “dark skin” shawty was like :usure::usure:

Then the asian chick comes on right after and he compliments her on not wearing makeup and having her natural hair.

I hope they don’t try to use that against KS.

:mjlol::mjlol:

Then to top it all off, she mentions her tribe and someone in the comments said they knew she was from Africa based on her insecurities with not having european standards. They’re aren’t talking about bm when they talk about “good hair” most of the time, it’s non bm which is sad.

They tryna blame all their insecurities on bm and KS should do a show on that.
One of my exes used to constantly buy expensive weaves. Not monthly but several times a year. I generally don't like weaves and wigs but if it's not too outrageous, I can deal with it. If it looks like it can be your hair then cool but some of these chicks be having their weaves and wigs looking ridiculous.

Don't get me started on the crazy colors. :francis:
