That is mostly correct! But can't be lumping all Asians together they are not the same. Cause Filipinos and Thailand aren't really cutthroat like say the Chinese, Koreans and Japanese when comes to chasing that paper!

But the Phillipines and Thailand are known sex tourism spots, how can they be less bag focuses when they more ruthlessly market themselves to tricks?

Those are third-world countries so they are just doing whatever to survive and get money.

Chinese, Korean, and Japanese have money but will still plan out their lives to get the bag. I have heard some of my Chinese staff in China sit young Chinese women down and school them how to get a rich man, and how to get it and take it all!

Have Filipino staff as well and have never even remotely heard, that money and man talk! Chinese and Korean culture is about their paper, Japanese yeah to an extent! So their women are about that bag! To the point, they marry out to go get it! The stories and things I have seen these women do to get it that bag!
