probably another 20 or so years. Millenials wont be able to afford nursing homes and those that can are in much better health than boomers.

I don’t think he’s hiring them. I think the women are just trolling or saying outrageous things for attention.

From that stat, it seems like the average black man is in an entry level position. (Account exec, coordinator, assistant, specialist, etc).

“The boys club” hates promoting brehs to managerial / director level. That’s when it’s best to hop to another company, fix up that resume and get the title and money you deserve. In my opinion, that’s the best way a black man can get a raise.

There’s going to always be a shortage because more people are going to the doctors and ERs. My wife just got into the RN program and it’s very competitive at all schools. At least in FL. The amount of graduates do not meet the demand. It’s a high education and high skill field. I cannot and would not go through all of that.
