The only "original point" is that neither @Piff Perkins and you have ever watched the show and are thus putting words into Kevin Samuels' mouth like a nagging woman does. The end all, be all fact is that "high value men" as Kevin Samuels defines them, not how the two of you define them, do not marry their colleagues. This is why you two must play the semantics game - like women do. "Well, there are plenty of husbands and wives who both make high five figures, low six figures and live in a four hundred thousand dollar plus neighborhood!" Yes, goofballs, because they're living above their means and cannot afford their lifestyle unless the wife is also working. But, that is not what over ninety percent of women calling into his show want. They don't. want. to. work. This means the husband has to make up her entire income. Single men in the mid-30s and up capable of doing this are not marrying their income-peers.

The other disingenuous thing Goof Perkins is doing is factoring in "high value men" who married their wives in college and she ate cup ramen with him until he started making enough to take on both their income. The obvious problem with this is single women in their mid-30s looking to finally "settle down" cannot marry already married men. Durp. The other problem is that single men in their mid-30s and late-30s who are on her income level will not marry her.

That's literally why his show exists, because these high five figure and up, mid-30s women cannot find men interested in marrying them. None of this is particularly difficult to comprehend is you're not a disingenuous, argumentative goofball.
You’re arguing a point that wasn’t a counter to my point:heh:
2.5 million black men are in the upper class, even less are in the 1% and even less are uhnwi. If you break it down by occupation, you’d see the majority of those black men fall into piff’s category which supports his original argument and also @Arbitrage! argument that most of these men marry woman they met in college. This leaves only a pea sized amount of hvbm that are single in their mid to late 30s so what is the point of telling middle aged women that they need to do xyz to land a hvbm when it statically won’t happen?
Those women are not rooted in reality but also ks speaks as if these black men are in abundance and the woman just aren’t doing enough to gain their interest.
We are not making different arguments :pachaha:

I keep missing the actual point

But, that is not what over ninety percent of women calling into his show want. They don't. want. to. work. This means the husband has to make up her entire income.

None of what you two are saying matters, because the point is that black women do not want to HAVE TO work at a certain point in the marriage and you both keep pointing to examples of relationships where the wife HAS TO WORK in order for the family to afford their lifestyle. This is Goof Perkins and your perception - NOT Kevin Samuels' clearly defined terms of "high value man." You're creating an argument to argue against, like women do. It's disingenuous and feminine.

This leaves only a pea sized amount of hvbm that are single in their mid to late 30s so what is the point of telling middle aged women that they need to do xyz to land a hvbm when it statically won’t happen?

This is how I know you've never watched the show. I posted the below excerpt from one of his pages four pages back.

"You know, ladies... Stop torturing yourself thinking you gotta get a high value man. So many of our sistas would be so much better off if you just say you know what. I'm an average woman, above-average woman and all I really need... I'd be fortunate to get an average... above-average man and live like every other group. Every other group. Their average and above-average people get together. And they're getting our there moving and enjoying life. If you didn't have coronavirus going on right now. I tell ya... I would see groups of black women by themselves at dinner, but ya look around and other races of people... husbands and wives. Couples. Men.

I'm leave us with this. Ladies, you need to learn your men. But one thing I've learned from this last several months more than anything else is so many women today simply do not know who men are. And that is a... you need to get curious about men. Forget what you think you know... you don't know anything. You need to get curious about men. That's what your competition does. Becky, Marisol, Mai Ling, they're curious. Dr. T. Hsasn Johnson talks about his black masculinities studies class at USC (meant to say CSU)... The number one people enrolled in those classes are white women... and when he asked them... 'cause they like to date black men. These women are going to a college level course to learn about black men. You take your men for granted. You're not doing it on purpose... you think you know 'em and you treat them like you think they deserve and if you got to know 'em you may realize that what you've been wanting for your life, what you've been needing for you life has been in your face all along and that's not this guy over here. It's the guy right here (in front of you.)"

Women hear things about someone else, then make up an entire novel about what that person actually said or has been doing. It's called gossip. Stop being a chatty patty and go listen to what he says before you start waving your wand and making up premises out of thin air.

No. The cats rockin' that gear back then were either gay, "White", entertainers, or a combination of those. Most of us dressed like Run-DMC, LL Cool J, MC Shan, or Slick Rick.
Plenty of everyday cats we're rocking jerry curls trying to look like Prince, DeBarge ect

Answer this, do you think ks definition of a high value man is rooted in reality especially when you factor in race?
Also, do you think the women that call in these shows wanting a black man making 500k plus are rooted in reality?

Negativity (Kayfabe)
She gotta be the most level headed single mother I've ever seen. Why a woman would choose this life is just beyond me.
:francis:

These my dawgs, I love what they are doing.

I posted in the comments, basically, the idea all single mothers are superheroes is the reason women think they can do it alone.

I'm sure you've seen their other videos on this topic; young women (some) straight up don't want men in the equation
  1. They're being told we ran away as opposed to being pushed away
  2. They don't have to take any accountability for the lack of skills to maintain a relationship with a man

I've seen women argue Kevin Samuels up and down over dating single mothers. It's like their brains won't allow them to believe all things being equal the childless woman is more valued by men.
