To top all of this off after Kevin Owens lost to Roman Reigns and he was walking away from the ring my son was just standing there on his seat watching and Kevin Owens jumped towards him and yelled at him "I am your father" which made no sense

It's like I get it. You do want to protect your child at all times but at the same time a "bad guy" needs to be able to be a "bad guy" in front of the audience at house shows. It empowers the babyfaces and makes the experience of a house show what it is.
The mom should be the one yanking back the curtain a little bit. A 7 year can understand the concept of someone "acting mean" if you present it to them, they'll even play along with it because kids are smart. Moms made me tighten up very early about letting heels work me up
I lost count early of how many signs got yanked from me, got yelled at or sinister stare downs etc I got from heels over the years and those were the BEST parts of the show getting to share that moment.
