Kevin Love Upset About Playing Time On Team USA

Reb, you have no idea how much shyt I've read over a player I try hard not to defend.

He's a stat padder.

He's a system player.

He purposely grabs rebounds

He's in the paint all the time and shoots threes all the time

If you put a bunch of rebounders worse than him alongside him he'll rebound like D.J. Augustin

All while they're fantasizing about their team signing him in 3 years. Real odd.

This is what it comes down to with Kev and why he's poppin off so much. He's a player that turned out to be so much better than what anyone thought of him, however he's still not as good or valuable as he thinks he is.

But It sounds like you agree that's he's overrated ? He's a good player but then people throwing him in the top 10 Saying he's the best pf I just think its more than stats .

I don't think he's overrated though. If you think he's the best PF in the game, I'm not gonna rip you for it. I disagree, but I think he's entered that conversation. If anything I feel he overrates himself more than others overrate him.

He probably thought this was gonna be his coming out party, but instead he's getting exposed and forgotten... He could be chillin in Malibu this summer while being the man at Pepperdine and UCLA open runs..

The problem is there is only 40 minutes (8 less than NBA) and Melo, Bron and Durant are way more versatile...He could barely get burn when Chandler got into foul trouble.. I don't think Coach K wants to fukk with him at all...Barring injury he's probably gonna see 8-10 minutes a game max..

Pretty much. If anything, Melo has shown that he can do more for the team, being someone who can defend better than Love in the low blocks.

btw, I don't understand why you hate Love so much. Matter of fact, I find it hilarious how everyone hates Kevin Love now yet if I said anything even so much as critical towards his way I was considered a hater. This forum, man



1. Garnett's a better player.

2. Garnett was always getting the most out of crappy talent, but I think I've talked about this enough during those KG/Dirk/Duncan threads, so why people are using this argument now is funny.

3. Garnett was the most important player on his team. Kevin Love... let's just say I was right.

I don't hate Love... I just don't think he should be considered the best PF in the game when he will forever have those defensive holes and lapses.
