Sounds like it's equal parts fact and hit piece. Seems like they really want to go after the people that support charter schools and while they can be good if opened for the right reasons there's a ton of money to be made in them as well. The fact I see brought up the most is the new markets tax credit. That shows why big corporations and rich people support them like they do. In all honesty it seems like an attack on charters and then using his questionable past to support their stance. What this article represents is the exact same tactic used to stunt development of charters here in Birmingham.
