Saw the What Now show in Dayton last year. It was a pretty good show

It was OK. Not Hart's best. I would rate this as his second worst actually. The intro film segment was kinda dumb. I get what he was going for, but it dragged on too long. As for the show I feel like he spent a lot of time setting up jokes and the punchline didn't always pay off for the amount of energy and time he put into the set up. I laughed a little bit though so it wasn't a complete dud. But it's worth a rental if you're into his brand of humor.One thing that stood out though is that he didn't talk about race at all, which was kinda of refreshing for a black comedian. He did stereotype all black women though before not talking about race, so I was

Main reason why I've never been a huge fan. He takes so long with the set up and the payoff is almost never worth it. I respect his hustle though

Don't really get the theatrical release with these stand ups.. Outside of his movies these type joints should be just video on demand, netflix, or HBO specials imo
