But the scenario you suggested doesn't happen. The house is usually sold, or the person that can afford it takes over the mortgage.
In reality divorce for "normal" people usually results in both parties being fukked financially for a while.

You said that after a divorce usually BOTH parties are financially messed up for awhile. And im saying in most divorce situations, women are the recipients of spousal support (if it is indeed granted) I would think that men being the 1s having to pay alimony and also taking care of themselves for the most part, would look at ur statement really crazyYou don't know what you are talking about.

Exactly is what I'm saying. You have dusty ass nikkas talking about polygamy as if they got the bread to take care of these women. These nikkas think they are Ottoman Empire sultans that had 10 wives and 43 concubines with 97 kids. These nikkas can barely take care of themselves and think they can handle 5 women under one roof. Plus the kids need your full attention. They also would be mad if real polygamy existed. Ballers and rich nikkas like would scoop up the top quality women meanwhile these dusty nikkas would be stuck with Forrest Whitaker with a wig broads.
Well my statement was that in the majority of divorces both parties are hurt financially. Considering the fact that the overwhelming majority of divorces result in no alimony being paid. The fact that men are more likely to pay when it's ordered doesn't change my point.
Furthermore just because alimony and child support may be awarded, does not mean the mother won't struggle financially. If the couple was middle class and barely scraping by like most American families. Breaking it up and spending money on lawyers/divorce/new schools/new living arrangements/etc only makes it harder on both parties.
