Is it me or these charges seem trumped up? I remember when they cleaned up my p's and the Feds trumped up them charges crazy. Somebody gonna tell though.

Its a lot of conspiracy charges which is the most trumped up charge ever created.
This is a really solid case, they have seizures related to the charges, and statements of cooperating individuals. I still think the time lapse is bizarre, the feds are ready for trial when they indicment is unsealed, all the evidence is there already. They waited two years, and in the mean time these guys did what? Kept working or what? I would guess this is linked to some other case out of Houston, looking at whoever was supplying Nicholas and his team with the work. That case must have continued in the interim, and they didn't want to show their hand, however, I can't imagine they let Williams, London, Hart just keep moving product, unwatched. 18 ki's is serious weight. I can't imagine that was COD, but they were running through a lot of product. Still, the timing is really weird.
As far as the age, most of the guys who were the main customers, the best ones, taking whole bricks and 4 at a time every other day almost were in their late 30's. That's normal. Guys who have been through the system before, know the game, know the contacts. I would guess all those main players have previous convictions. Whats funny is the plugs was only 30, you know they were low key hating a little, like 'This youngster better come right with these bricks next time'.
