Aren't Thor, Hulk, Silver Surfer, and Doc Strange supposed to be the most OP heroes? Since when was Carol the strongest?

It's just an MCU thing. Trust me this is to make her more marketable and do a Superman type story with her. It has nothing to do with the comics really, I mean she will have the same powers. Really they just are nerfing Hulk, Thor, Dr. Strange, Drax etc. to make this happen not changing her powers.

Who are her villains?
I know it's probably on the list, but I hope they don't remove Mar from her origin. Kill him off in minutes, ok. But genis and phyla need a MCU chance in the future
Moonstone is her biggest one. Death bird is another, but I'm pretty sure she's in fox land.
And dr Minerva can be used, but I don't know the last time she's been

They aren't really nerfing them Thor and Hulk's powers are inconsistent between their team up and olo movies. It's all talk really, but I expect more DCEU Superman type cgi in her movie.
From the comic I read Moonstone is her main one I think. She doesn't have much memorable villains. Villains even ask who she was a couple times
Moonstone became a villain for Danvers solely due to the whole storyline where Norman Osborn formed his own Avengers and had Moonstone take the Ms Marvel name. For most of Moonstone's existence she was a Hulk villain and then an Avengers villain.
Danvers has a pretty shytty rogue's gallery but her actual biggest arch-enemies for years were Deathbird and Mystique.
Mystique was actually created to be a ms marvel villain before the character got moved over to the X-Men side of Marvel.
She also used to fight this evil Kree scientist named Dr. Minerva a lot because Minerva was like the OG Capt. Marvel's villain but who also had romantic feelings for him and when Marvel gave powers to Danvers it pissed Minerva off and she decided she needed to kill Danvers.
She also fought this sentient robot called The Doomsday Man a bunch of times too.
They did dat already with captain America
if they were smart they'd make her a SWORD member and have her meet nova (not them weak security guard ass nikkas in guardians) and take on green lantern for that space stuff
for the most part she just be warring with the Kree

Moonstone will probably be the villain of the movie. Would make the most sense considering how marvel has been doing villains in most of the mcu flicks.
