The difference is almost not even worth discussing

A better rebounder? Who cares about rebounds...they are PGs who have only a 1 rebound differential

It's about the fact that WALL'S game + the rest of Wizards roster + the Eastern conference is better for Durant than Westbrook's game and the Thunder's roster + the Western conference they play in
Westbrook is taking 8.7 FTs per game as a 83% FT shooter. Compared to Wall taking 4.7 FTs per game and making 77% of them.
Which is why Westbrook is averaging 8ppg more while only taking 2 more shots per game. That is a big difference in scoring output. Wall only shoots .006 TS% higher than Westbrook despite Russ averaging 8 more points than him, that's bad for Wall. Wall with 2 more attempts a game is not going to make him a 26ppg scorer and is going to make him shoot with less efficiency, which you should agree with.
Putting Wall in OKC in any year of his career(future or present) is not going to make him average 27, 7, and 8 in the playoffs. Because not many players in NBA history have put up those numbers to begin with. It was Beal's 1st playoff run as well, that didn't seem to affect him, because he played the best ball of his career.
USG% is dependent on team makeup. Westbrook had a 40 USG% without Durant, it's is declining every game now witht Durant on the floor.
USG% and Time of possession are different.

Wall has led the league the past 2 seasons.
Wall's game is significantly weaker than Westbrook's. Being a better passer or defender, doesn't help the team more than Russ taking a huge scoring burden off the team and Durant. Westbrook can take over games in a way Wall can't.
Russ being the best Rebounding PG in the league certainly helps, which is why OKC is the best rebounding team in the NBA with the highest rebounder averaging 8rpg.
