If I'm the Nets, I'm putting that to the test. Ok, go out there disengaged every night and ruin your legacy. Sure you wanna do that?

These players out here don't care about the concept of "legacy" as much as the fans do especially considering they're going to get shyt on by fans regardless of whatever they do.

Here's a thought...Nets could tell KD no. I don't think they are going to get back a sufficient package back, and if they did, it would decimate the other team so much it might not be somewhere KD would want to go. Tell KD give us one more year. Kyrie is gonna act right because he's looking for a new contract. Ben Simmons should be back at full strength.

NFL owners looking at NBA owners like "ya'll some b!tch azzes" :scust:

One more year KD.
when a superstar is done, they're done
he'll just sit out
like ben did
he's already a multi 3 digit millionaire, u cant scare him with fines or witholding money
trade the nikka
get back what u can, stars run the league, plus holding him when he wants to leave will make future players not want to play for your franchise

I think they’re going to be more competitive than folks think depending on the return. At least in the regular season.
I don't really think they get equal value for KD, top 3 player in the league, plus you owe all your picks to another team.

I don't see how they piece together a core that can make a deep playoff run, I don't see PHX giving up Booker, and Ben and Bam ain't necessarily a championship core

Show me a superstar in nba history who requested a trade with 4 years left. Lol if they say no what is kd going to do? Nothing. Play ball in Brooklyn unhappy and collect his 40+ million

vince carter and raptors said no at first then he came out dogging it in games and refusing to dunk

kevin durant, lebron james and seth curry are the only guys where "age" doesn't matter

all will be 34+ when the season began and teams would still trade whatever they can to get them

durant tore his acl and achilles and is about to be 34 and half the nba called within the hour of the news breaking.

you think a team like phoenix who have come up short the past two years and chris paul is 37 is about to think of but what about ten years from now?

Seth Curry breh? :pachaha:
