Marks is not going, he is very close to Tsai. I would be shocked if Tsai listens on that one. I think they would be willing to fire Nash.

Where is everyone who told me Sean Marks and Nash were doing a good job? :heh:
Sean Marks has done an excellent job from 2014 to 2019 rebuilding the franchise from the ground up after Billy King destroyed it. The problem is Marks, and Nash clearly can’t manage superstars. Kenny Atkinson knew that he couldn’t either and dipped. They might as well get the phone lines hot again and start looking for packages because this is a bad look if they fire Marks and KD’s hand picked coach.

Sean Marks is Nash’s close personal friend. KD didn’t ask for Nash, he simply just didn’t say no

This is just not true, Sean Marks did not fire a good coach randomly because he's friends with Nash. Nash was Durant's trainer with the Warriors and he got hired as soon as KD came in. Another issue KD had with Atkinson was that Atkinson did not want to play DeAndre Jordan. Imagine getting a coach fired over DJ lol.

Looks like he wants both of them gone
I just don't see that happening. Tsai is already comfortable with moving on from both KD and Kyrie. He has a good relationship with Marks. He did everything KD wanted, fire Atkinson, pay DJ 10 mil, ignore Kyrie's bs for the sake of KD. I don't think he's listening to a request this big. I can understanding firing Nash because there are other players in the locker room who don't like Nash either.

I feel bad for Nash on a personal level though, reminds me of Dawhite betraying SVG :mjcry:
