on salsa, thin salsa is a sauce, thick salsa is a relish. there's no reason to leave it off the list. if you go to authentic taco places, you will get a thin, watery salsa. that is nothing but sauce, you cant dip with it.
if you want to eat good, make sure you always have these sauces on hand:
that chili sauce they give you in packets from panda express (i built up a reserve of these by always asking for more than i really need)
stubbs' wicked chicken wing sauce (seems to be hard to find in AZ)
sriracha
jack daniels BBQ sauce
tapatio

the places i tend to go have salsa like thisYea . How easy that is depends on the amount of tomato and onion and the chip . I prefer the thin, non-chunky styles of salsa generally though
some will water it down even more to the point where it just looks like dirty water. that's the kind of salsa i am talking about. i couldnt find a picture of the thinnest salsas, but when they get thinner than the one in the picture, you cant really dip stuff in it because it will not hold onto the chip.

It goes on tacos not as a "dip" but as a condiment. Just cause white folks only handle it with chips don't mean shyt.
This study was clearly funded by the Mayonnaise fat cats who don't want you eating ketchup and it's more spicy cousin salsa.
Plus Mayo cost more than Ketchup, I want a report based on VOLUME, not dollars.

Ketchup is overrated. The only time you need it is on fries or burgers if you want. I don't really use it for anything else. Mayo on the other hand is an essential ingredient to making a sandwich. And sandwiches are always better than fries. I put mustard over ketchup, since it's so many different varieties of mustard.
