Are you in NBO? You voting Jubillee or Cord?

Also read that there was an explosion in Mandera, but otherwise its been relatively quiet.

So does the united states have a stake in Odinga winning?

Who does it seem like the people support more?

What will happen to the ICC charges, Kenya is much closer to the West than Bashir is and more open too .I cannot think of a head of state operating under such a cloud unless they have those closed off countries.

I'm wondering the same thing as well. Uhuru has threatened that he would seek closer ties with China if he faces travel bans and other sanctions with regards to his ICC charges. Sounds like bluster as I can't see Kenya really pivoting away from relationships it has with the West completely. If he does get convicted though, it will place Kenya in a very big conundrum. That's if he wins.

So who is best for Kenya?

Honestly neither..Unfortunately Moi and his secret police did an awesome job of stifling dissent in the 90s that there really is no candidate out there who isnt connected to the old plutocracy somehow.

When these older cats die out then we may see a real change in leadership in the next generation.
