So after dividing up the property, Kenny has to pay a million dollars on top of spousal support and child support. I’ll hold my L, dude is getting raped.
And no, CS/alimony are not tax deductible federally. Not that it matters much to someone as rich as him, but paying child support while sharing custody doesn’t even guarantee that you’ll be able to claim the child as a dependent. CS laws are retarded.
