A major problem is many black people are cac enablers. I think it stems from either fear of what really needs to be done, or wanting to integrate into cac society so badly.

A person who dies from hypothermia looks just like they laid down and fell asleep and just never woke up. I lived in Alaska for 5 years, I'm well familiar. They do not look like they've been in a fight.
