Depending on the athlete too this is a pretty good deal, the contract they showed said 50k upfront and the deal is completed when the kid makes 115k back in NIL

So say this is a top prospect, like Ryan Williams; this could be paid back in like a month

I wouldn’t recommend my little brother sign it due to the 7 years they have if you can’t get that 115k but cacs are making way worst deals. I don’t like how they tryna make it sound like he runnin a ponzi

Just call it a bad contract in your opinion

That’s not who this is tailored to though as he doesn’t need the bread.

These types of predatory practices and payday loans are mainly tailored towards the low income or lower tier players hence the term.

This shyt is frowned upon and criticized when it comes to adults and it’s even worse now that it’s being steered towards high school students.
