Similar to To Kill a Mockingbird.

In the book, a character tells a kid that it's wrong to kill a mockingbird because they're innocent, they do nothing but provide music.

There's also a black character that's falsely accused of murder or rape, that is later killed in prison, another loss of innocence due to a corrupt world.

Title grew on me from when I heard it days ago. I can already see that the IWW parallel is already shaping up with how it is polarizing people from just the album cover. Some people love it and some people think its over the top and too abrasive. Same people who hate the cover may like the album title and vice versa.

May end up being the same polarizing when people here the album content.
