What was the theory that another album was dropping three days after damn in blue?

Damn being a magazine? Will look into it like other stuff but idk the entire albums begins with a sound bite from cnn though

The theory about damn being played backwards totally debunks this. And kendrick stans constantly bring that up.

Then kendrick teams got hold of it and literally released it backward lol

i can’t wait for the new album but his Stan’s are going to start the unbearable pretentious genius shyt again

We get that already though from two rappers dominating literally any "genius" discussion on TheColi to the point artists aren't even examined holistically.

Usually "genius" (per TheColi) is measured by one singular unit (lyricism). And even then lyricism is boiled down to two specific techniques (word play snd metaphor) because of their perceived "hardness" and we only ever talk about the handful of tracks (by those artists) which use those literary devices extensively. LOL.


I'm kinda at the point that I can't hel but laugh at the idea of "pretentious Kendrick stans" even being a thought for anyone who looks at The Booth in any real capacity.
