Kendrick brought his tour to Club Nokia last night for two shows and a whole lot of guests. Dr. Dre made his presence and assisted K-Dot on their first live performance of “Compton” followed by “The Recipe”.

Below, K-Dot is joined by Game for “The City”, Big Sean crashes “Swimming Pools” and T.I.P. hits the stage for ”Go Get It” and “What You Know”.

i guess you could take it as being a metaphor for all the ills of the streets steering him away from a positive life or from persuing his dream of recording but i don't think it's runs that deep.
