Kendrick’s peers respect the hell out of him.

I'm not gonna rank shyt, it's way too early. But that's easily Kendrick's best intro track. shyt gave me goosebumps in a way that never happens to me anymore. On some Nas and Pac shyt...prob the only rappers to ever make me feel like that.

Kendrick was really blackin out on that album. Everything on this project was clearly made over the past 5 months. Still believe this is merely an appetizer though. But if not it's still a great album overall. Solid 8.5. Could get to a 9 depending on replay value.

See I got to track 3 I think and it hit me too like yeah the next album gotta be within the next 2 years.

I could change that opinion by time I finish the album.

But at the same time if this is the start of putting your foot down and having the lock and key then you can’t really let up off true gas.

As I type this, this reincarnation thing makes a lot of sense.


This album is a whole debut album type vibe, so in the next two years I can see another DAMN or Steppers type album as a follow or maybe he’ll do some type of west coast all stars joint lol

All speculation ultimately but like you, I think there will be more. Soon.

I don’t even know if I’d say two years. I feel like he’s going to double right back. I wouldn’t be surprised if something else drops during super bowl.
