Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Project had me going back to check out compton albums i never listened to.

That said, Bg Knoc Out/Dresta’s Def Jam debut “Real Brothers” might be one of my favorite g-funk inspired albums ever.

This shiit oozes that real g shiit

Production is better than most shiit coming out of LA in the 90’s outside anything death row related.

This shiit is fukkin beautiful.

Somebody put me on some underrated LA rap lp’s from that era.

Are standouts in any era. Just great hip hop.

The LA inspired stuff is really good too but I'm not from that so it's not always my mood.

This plays more like a high end mixtape compared to his usual narrative driven outings. So like everyone else I'm anticipating the next album.

Over a month later and I’m STILL listening to this shyt on repeat constantly.

I swear I wake up in the morning and put this shyt on and listen to it the entire fukking day. Last album that had me in a chokehold like that (pause) GKMC and I still listened to other shyt. I have not listened to any other music in over a month besides this shyt. Homie got a classic, shyt is perfect :blessed: :ehh::blessed:
