Real talk the more I listen to this project the more elite I realize how Kendrick’s catalogue and body of work is. nikka is one of the goats for real.

Pac had a great 96 but let's not get carried away. There were too many dope as projects that year.

You had to have been there. Yes a lot of dope projects, but Pac ran ‘96. He was THE talk up until his death and even after his demise.

That snippet he dropped before the album not being on here is prob the biggest sign that there’s another album coming.

Kendrick had a hell of a year and 50 was on fire in 03, but nothing was touching 96 2pac.

I was 18 in 1996, I remember when all eyez on me dropped,hit em up in June and copped the makaveli cassette a week before it released

50 was on fire with in da club which led to one of the best selling debuts in hip hop history then dropped beg for mercy in November

Kendrick murdered drake(top 2-3 rapper in the game)with euphoria then meet the grahams then not like us(top song of this year), had a fire concert in June then dropped a dope album/tape in November

dmx dropped its dark & hell is hot in may ,ruff ryders anthem was a theme in 1998,then dropped blood whatever that shyt called had two #1 albums

They all had a hell of a year and did their thang don’t see what separated pac from the rest.

This album is crazy, it's like the modern west coast centric version of DAMN. You got slaps, you got introspective, you got concepts, you got songs for the ladies, songs for the BBQ. It's a bit of eveything on here but nothing feels out of place. It's not tied to some overarching theme or side story like every other Kendrick album has been which is why I think people believe there's additional music coming. But this is easily in his top 3 albums. Completely refreshing music the nikka delivered again
