Don't even think he was talking about this project with this line. Still feels like he's just setting the table for what's to come. Like he wanted to give the people an album full of upbeat slappers to dance to before he finally comes to kill the party. I think Kendrick is about to go extremely dark on the next one. Actually naming names. No more censoring. Nas "destroy and rebuild" energy.

I need him on a song with Push. We never got the surgical summer.

This shyt fire. 'wacced out murals' was an impeccable way to start the album. 5 minutes of straight VENEMOUS spittin'. Shoutout to my GOAT getting love for showing love. 'reincarnation' is bananas. Sampling THAT Pac song? Yeah buddy. Took me back to when that shyt dropped. 'tv off' beat switch is crazy. Good ass listen. I seen a few ppl in here say it's better than Morale, and I couldn't agree more. Didn't spin that more than a couple times. To me, this one has life. It'll last, atleast until the Super Bowl where I believe the album comes out.

And that's leads me to the 'rumors' about this being a mixtape, with something coming behind it. I usually don't play into this stuff, but when it was announced that he was doing the Super Bowl, I thought that he would drop the album that night. And I still think that. Or atleast something will drop. And him not putting 'Not Like Us' on this speaks to that too. You can say what you want about him being altruistic, but I don't see him leaving a diamond song off of an album lol.
