You can, but it's not a top 3 kendrick album, it's a great project for casual rap fans, but not top 3 in his disco. (its my 2nd favorite though, on a personal level)

Prince made landmark albums where he was the sole producer and songwriter and played 90% of the instrumentation. Kendrick ain't on that level as a pure musical talent.

Love good kid but it is in no way or shape a better album than tpab and gkmc is actually more my speed. Tpab just has way more merits, less flaws, and the only hip hop album that can challenge it imo is MBDTF.
