Can you DMCA an AI track? Technically is not a real copy written song. I suppose he could have got it taken down but more people would just reupload it lol.
As for the likeness thing I wished it worked that way but some artist give their likeness to the labels. In other cases they can't really own their likeness because they are a public figure. An example is when Camron was successfully sued for using a picture of him with the Pink fur on as part of some clothing merch. The reason being he didn't own the picture but the photographer did. The artist don't own their likeness and anyone can even snap a pic of them and sell it.
They can be removed from Spotify because using a licensed artist you don't own to sell/stream music is illegal, which happened with Drake 1-2 years ago; only music cleared by the artist's label can be uploaded for streaming on those platforms. But Youtube and Twitter are full of AI tracks from a variety of artists that haven't been taken down because there is no monetization. If that track was real it would have to get a DMCA because the label paid for the beat, studio time etc. Also just listening to it in headphones made it clear it was fake.
