So been listening to the album all day and got a good sense of what tracks I like the best (listening in the car vs headphones makes a big difference)

Production on EVERYTHING is amazing. I don't think I have to even say it.

But the stand out production wise for me was LOVE initially. I feel like it has the best production overall even though the song might not be the type Kendrick fans expect from him.

YAH instantly had replay value. that was the first song I played back a few times and I'm pretty sure it'll be a single cause the hook is simple
And catchy and the lyrics aren't too heavy.

FEEL was clearly the best lyrical song/all around concept type complete song on the album. The type you expect from Kendrick.

So those three were my favorites after 1-2 listens

After listening to the album 4-5 times these songs like started to sound better:

I still don't like the beat changes but they're the typical "banger" type tracks. And they have the most hip hop type feeling

The first half of XXX should be its own song. Just random thought but Andre 3k would murder that track with thouse hard piano chords

Everyone seems to like the U2 part of XXX so not much to say on that

Moving on....

FEAR is a really good song if you really listen to the lyrics a few times. Listening to that track in the car with the bass up is

One of the best complete songs on the album. Really what you expect from Kendrick. It could be on any of his albums.

And finally

GOD instrumental is

That's my favorite song right now. The hook is infectious: "Don't Judge Me...." "laughing like Ahhhh Haaaa"

So many quotables

Kendricks crazy if he doesn't make it a single. It's like the "alright" of this album. Kinda gives the same feeling as Kanye "can't tell me nothing"....

Gonna be a fun song to see live in concert too.

Duckworth is a good closer. More beat switches (reminded me of that Nas song where he tells a story on 3 different beats.nas fans know what I'm taking about.) and Kendrick gives good story telling with a twist. It Brings the album full circle.

The rest of the songs are decent

If you think this album is a classic...then I what do you call ATCQ - WGIFH because it shyts all over this pseudo-artistic drivel with funny voices. There's not one track on here that matches anything on that album. Is he even rapping on some of the tracks or performing spoken word pieces to beats

There's some small differences between the leak and the iTunes version I got later on. why make those changes? They're pretty trivial to change at the very last minute. If the leak was the original version then why did it take so long to leak in the first place? I'm still not convinced about the second disc but they're def playing with us.
