for that reason I can't rank this highter than GKMC or TPAB. I don't think he will ever top GKMC. He doesn't need to in my opinion.
Im trying to grasp this album. I feel like he's mocking a bunch of artists in these songs taking their sytles, flows, and cadence and making it his own.
If yall noticed on the humble video. Those guys at the table were mimicking a bunch of artists
if you pay attention to the mannerisms
I see DJ Khaled, Big Sean, Future, J. Cole, some others I'm not sure but....

Kendrick has taken.
This album and the imagery associated with it, definitely has layers.
Those 14 tracks on the album that comes out on April 14th
with letters from the title creating the anagram "Death 2 the leader"

One thing I wish he did that he does on all his albums is expand upon his single. Like i and swimming pools album version were expanded upon. Wish humble was like that, it's so elementary compared to the depth of the other tracks
after hearing the sequencing now with PRIDE before Humble,it kinda flow/syncs..

I'm still absorbing this album but I definitely fukk with it. Kendrick just seems to be on some straight forward rap shyt which is dope.
Surprised how good the tracks with Rihanna and U2 are. The outro with 9th Wonder and the beat switches though. The story about Top Dawg and Kendricks Pops is crazy. Life man.

I think this album is kinda weak its 4 or 5 really good songs the rest are ehh. His flow and voice are atrocious. And there is no second album this is it.
