Sexxy Redd is getting Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga looks now. Cardi B don't wanna work so the label found her replacement

That's still Larry Jackson tryna work Sexxy Redd into a star, same way TDE had Doechii performing with Katy Perry.

Cardi B is doing fine. She was nominated for a Grammy for "best performance" for a song no one even remembers or cared for.

I give Kendrick props for Not Like Us.That's a mega hit.I think it's timeless.Almost like a rap version of Thriller for 2020's Hip Hop.

But on just some pure rapping shyt, I don't see him as GOAT tier.Even 2nd wave spitters will make him work.Put K Dot at his best on a track with prime Mos Def/Andre 3000!? He's going to be the Wish Bone to their Krayzie/Bizzy.Elevated because his contemporaries are weaklings; creatively & artistically. He's the less worn in a washed era.Got folks acting like he's brand new/something we haven't seen before.

Not sure what the fukk any of this means lmao.

People were trying to diminish Sexxy Redd. I'm saying her stock is rising bc Bardo sleep on the job.

Kendrick Lamar wouldn't be Top 30 in the 1990s.

Calling him a GOAT is preposterous.
Hip hop is so bad and watered down now that people think this guy is a legend.

Shameful.

And still got a better discography than Nas :wow:

He has the best discogaphy in rap, argably. And thats considering all the stuff that dropped before his music.

Calling him the goat is legitimate considering he has some of the best albums ever, in any genre. Like many great artists and musicians have said, he's the only one capable of doing what Prince was doing.

I have to admit, I'm not really all that familiar with Nas discography outside of Illmatic & It Was Written.I put Nas more in the spitter category. He doesn't lean into the artsy fartsy stuff like say K Dot, Kanye, Andre 3000, Mos.

Kendrick and his messiah complex is a complete turn off for me :mjlol: Same with Drake and his tough guy tall tales :russ:

He nice but overrated. Just like everybody else in his generation (Cole and Drake).

90s giants could rap better BUT were severely limited in their subject matter.

Nas will rap circles around this boy in his sleep. But his discography is weaker than Kendricks.

Hip Hop :wow:
