Kendrick can’t just say “Its just big ME” and not be met with challenge by the two people he was dismissing. Cole was better authenticated, better respected, and had a better chance than Drake ever did. Not saying he would’ve won and it would’ve been a hard fight, but Cole would’ve at least made the shyt interesting. Kendrick beat Drake the moment he dropped Euphoria. He out-thought him. Out-rapped him. Out-strategized him. Out-wrote him (and his ghostwriters) out-anthemed him. Out-crewed him. Just EVERY GODDAMN THING.
