Him being "in the zone" seemed way too contrived and fake to me.

He was one of the guys who was probably better as a face, like when he was the ref for Hart-Austin. As a heel, he was just too over the top.

He never should have left pro wrestling, though. His future there was lot brighter than it was in MMA.
U mean he should have never left mma to do wwf cuz I dont think u remember what dude had been reduced to in 99.He became a parody of himself & his feud with jericho (who is notorious for having feuds that looked good on paper but end up being :scusthov: )was an embarrassment..Dude should've stayed doin pancrase like wrestling and progressed to NJPW if he was thirsty for the fake stuff. He wasnt really shyt in mma and he flamed out in a mere 3 years in wwf.

Vince is a great marketer but if u actually watched ken's mma fights u would realise dude was not a striker, didnt have vicious g&p, mastered the art of L&p but was a sub specialist

I swear every week dude had his ribs taped up bleeding from his mouth! Plus he took just as hard chair shots as Mick did during his run, I fukks with Ken Scamrock.

And Vince telling Ken Shamrock "Youre not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but most certainly the most dangerous!"
