I think there's a big difference between

A. being a heel because you're really good at getting the crowd to hate you due to your supreme mic skills and heelish in ring tactics

B. Nobody liking you because you fukking suck

I don't think B is what makes a great heel. When I think of great heels, I think of Triple H in his prime, Mark Henry now, Hollywood Rock, CM Punk with Heyman, etc.

Ken Anderson is B.

JBL kinda fell into B for me. I didn't want to see him lose the belt on SmackDown, I just didn't want to see him.

With that said, even if I still thought that about JBL, he would be MULTIPLE light years ahead of a Ken Anderson on the heel scale. Ken Anderson is beyond awful at this point. No good in any capacity.

It's not about liking him, its the fact that most people don't care about him thats the problem. A good Heel is someone you want and will pay to see get their comeuppance in the end. It takes more than just annoying people to considered a great heel. Your not the best heel if the fans just want you to go away. Just because people appreciate Bully and Henry doesn't lower the value of their work as heels. Given the times and more being hip to the business some heels will be liked and cheered no matter what they do.

breh I was pretty about Ken Anderson/Kennedy, when he was having his big run in WWE and getting Dolph Ziggler level love on IWC. It's years later, and he's older and in tna. Its pretty safe that no I would't care at all, let alone drop any bread on it.
