It seems like Presti and OKC's plan is to take on bad contracts in exchange for first round picks and then flipping the year in exchange for another bad contract and first round picks. Not a bad play if you're a rebuilding team with cap space to spare.

Not just that but they also get the bad contracts at the end of them, so they can flip them again in an expiring year for assets.
