Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe that the last year of Horford's contract is fully guaranteed?

“Only $14,500,000 guaranteed in 2022/23, HoopsHype has learned. He would get $19,500,000 guaranteed if his team makes it to the NBA Finals in 2019/20, 2020/21 or 2021/22. His 2022/23 would be fully guaranteed if his team wins the NBA championship.”

Moses had some ridiculously stupid stats this year I think he got close to a 20/20 game, he gets really good in some games but is still inconsistent but learning, I think he's got the potential to sneak up on everyone's radar this season or next.

They got Horford again?

They don’t even plan on playing Robert Williams huh

:picard: Gave up a pick outside the lottery just to take back Al Horford and shed one year of Kemba Walker's contract

Makes no sense to me either. You could have drafted Kemba's replacement with the 16th pick. You still need a point guard. And you already have a big man in Robert Williams.
